A gang member who was convicted of killing another man outside a central Bakersfield bar has been sentenced to 65 years to life in Wasco State Prison.
Paul Timberlake was taken to the hospital in November 2014 to treat a gunshot wound when police arrested him for shooting Lionell McGee outside Martini’s Bar on Real Road near Chester Avenue.
He was also found guilty of three other counts including being a felon in possession of a firearm.
