One man has been arrested and a second is still at large after a shooting in northeast Bakersfield.

Police were called out around 2:00 Sunday morning to Mt. Vernon Avenue and Columbus Street for the incident inside a store. The victim was able to give a description that led to the capture of 22-year-old Jose Tirado on Jeffery Street.

The victim has non life threatening injuries.
