Frontier High School has hired Bakersfield native and former NBA player Winston Crite as its new head boys basketball coach.

Crite was the Player of the Year for South High before heading to Texas A&M and then joining the Phoenix Suns. He’ll also serve as a School Community Specialist and be responsible for programs with parents and the community.
