A 20-year-old woman has pleaded not guilty to DUI and manslaughter charges in a fatal hit and run. The accident happened in northeast Bakersfield. Police say Nancy Marquez was drunk December 18th when her car jumped the curb and struck 58-year-old Robert Moreno as he was walking his son to work at Lowe’s. Her next court date is June 7th.
