A 26-year-old Arvin man who was the subject of a probation search this weekend is back behind bars after the discovery of two explosive devices at a home on South Derby Street.

Police say charges against Jose Vasquez Jr. include manufacturing and possessing the devices, which were destroyed Sunday evening by the sheriff’s bomb squad.
