The Lebec man who shot a prowler who looking through his daughter’s bedroom window has pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter.

Steve Gilmore was charged with first degree murder for firing a shotgun towards Benito Carrillo as he ran away the night of December 17th.

Gilmore’s sentencing is May 19th.
