Detectives are on the scene of a double shooting in northeast Bakersfield where man in a car and a woman outside the vehicle were both shot to death.

Police were called around 12:20am on Tuesday to O Street near 40th, which is across the street from Stella Hills Elementary School. No suspect information is available.
