Bakersfield Police have made another arrest in connection with a fatal shooting in Lowell Park but say the suspect is not the killer.

33-year-old Marcus Melgoza was taken into custody Monday on gang participation and other charges in the death of 19-year-old Damion Wafford. The first suspect was arrested Sunday for murder; two others are still being sought.
