Former President Bill Clinton is coming to Bakersfield. The visit is for a constitutional convention of the United Farm Workers at Rabobank Arena. Clinton is scheduled to speak Sunday at 2:00 PM and the union has said they don’t yet have details on the subject of his speech. The convention begins Thursday and runs through the weekend and is the 20th such convention for the UFW.
