An autopsy has confirmed the woman shot and killed on O Street in Bakersfield was pregnant. The coroner says 26-year-old Ashley McFadden was twelve weeks pregnant and the medical examiner does not consider that advanced enough to add  murder charge should a suspect be found. McFadden was killed along with 37-year-old Rontae Peterson on May 10th and police have no suspects.
