SUPES EYE GOING INTO WATER BIZ

Kern County Board of Supervisors took a step towards creating a new agency. The board voted Tuesday to hold a public hearing June 7th on whether the county should become the groundwater sustainability agency for the Tulare Lake Groundwater Basin which covers much of the southern San Joaquin Valley.
