The Agriculture Labor Relations Board will conduct a vote of the workers Saturday. The election will be conducted in McFarland at the blueberry farm who went on strike this week. Saturday’s vote needs only a simple majority of the 450 laborers to authorize the United Farm Workers to negotiate a contract with Klein Management, the contracted operator of the privately owned farm.
