One of Kern County’s oldest military veterans has died. William Kehoe passed away. Honor Flight said he died Friday morning at age 104 and was a Navy veteran of World War II. The Taft High School graduate had worked for Douglas Aviation before joining the military in 1942 and worked for Standard Oil afterwards until his retirement in 1975.
