A bank robber claiming to have explosives was taken down by customers.It happened at the Bank of the Sierra in Tehachapi and as the bad guy was getting away with a bag of cash, he didn’t get far. Police say 59-year-old Michael Brian Taylor was grabbed by a customer around noon Tuesday and slammed to the pavement just outside the bank. He was treated for facial lacerations and booked.
