The man accused of killing an Oildale man in his Lincoln Avenue apartment is due in court Tuesday afternoon.

Sheriff’s spokesman Ray Pruitt says 32-year-old Eloy Quezada is being held without bail after an autopsy supported the charges. Quezada was arrested Friday for the death of 39-year-old Perrigo, although investigators are not releasing any other details of the case at this time.
