Attempt to get 6,800 singing “God Bless America” on the radio is set. Kern County Raceway, along with the Bakersfield Association of Realtors, made the announcement Tuesday saying the try at a Guinness Book of World Records will be held Saturday, July 2nd. The sing-a-long will be aired on KUZZ and follows a day of auto racing. Fireworks will follow and proceeds from the event benefit area veterans groups.
