Heal the Bay has come out with their annual Beach Report Card.It’s just in time for Memorial Day and it shows the drought has a silver lining; years of less water from the land means cleaner beaches. One of Bakersfield’s favorite destinations is Pismo Beach and it gets an A+ grade. Morro Bay State Beach also gets top marks but the Morro City Beach only earned a C.
