A Vineland School District teacher accused of possession of child pornography will face a new trial. The trial was in question after his last one ended in a hung jury. 34-year-old Margarito Madueno was given a trial date Thursday beginning July 18th on one felony count after a jury voted 9 to 3 for acquittal last week. He remains employed by the district but is on unpaid leave.
