The man who was shot and killed over the weekend on Isil Avenue in south Bakersfield was 19-year-old Alfred Garcia of Delano.

Police found his bullet riddled body around 2:00 AM Saturday, along with a 16-year-old boy who was hit in the leg. No suspects have been found and a motive has not been disclosed.
