Firefighters are making progress on the Chimney Fire. The wildfire is burning northeast of Kernville in Tulare County with 33 percent containment after having charred over 1,800 acres. Investigators determined it was human caused and began in the Chimney Creek campground. More than 500 fire personnel were on the lines as of Friday night.
