Two Bakersfield gang members have been arrested in connection with a homicide at the Green Hut pot shop. The marijuana dispensary on south Union Avenue was the location of a recent shooting that killed Moises Lopez and slightly wounded a 17-year-old girl. Police announced today [fri] that 34-year-old Raquel Grajeda and 36-year-old Jose Rubio were booked for being accessories in the June first shooting. BPD says they don’t have a suspect for who did the killing.
