CSUB hosts graduation ceremonies at the Icardo Center and that means lots of traffic. The 7:00 AM start times Friday and Saturday are expected to tie up traffic on Stockdale Highway until around 10:00 AM and drivers are being asked to avoid the area. Those attending should use Don Hart East or West or Kroll Way to enter the campus. One group of graduates already held commencement and hooding on Tuesday.
