The Kern High School District board voted to add a couple swimming pools to their $200-million bond measure they want to place on the November ballot.

Bakersfield Olympic medalist Gabe Woodward says the board would like to partner with another agency to make sure the pools are well used. Each pool would cost about $10 million. The board looks to finalize the bond measure at their June 27th meeting.
