A former Centennial High School pitcher is now with the Milwaukee Brewers.The local pitching product was selected in the fourth round of the Major League Baseball draft. Right-handed pitcher Corbin Burnes was the 111th overall pick and finally moved on Friday after most analysts expected him to go in the second round. Burnes had impressed during last summer’s Cape Cod League, so draft watches expected him to go a bit higher. He played college ball at Saint Mary’s in Moraga.
