A Bakersfield man has been arrested for shooting a dirt bike rider during an argument. Sheriff’s deputies say Victor Pierce hit Denny Sanders in the back around 5:00 Saturday afternoon at a house near McKee Middle School after becoming angry that Sanders was riding the bike on his property.

The victim is at Kern Medical, but his condition is unknown.
