The state legislature is looking to make people aware of their surroundings in the fight on terror. A bill requiring the state to promote public awareness on spotting and reporting potential terrorist activity is set to be heard in a State Senate committee Tuesday. AB 2383 would require the Office of Emergency Services to develop the publicity campaign with supporters saying “lone wolf” terrorists are difficult for the government to locate.
