A shooting on Franklin Avenue near Niles Street killed a man in his 30’s. The suspect is a 69-year-old woman who is a family member and is in custody. Tuesday afternoon’s homicide happened around 5:20 and deputies arrived to find the man dead with a gunshot wound to his chest. Circumstances what lead to the shooting remain unclear.
