The names of three children who were recent victims of drowning have been released by the coroner. 5-year-old Xavier Frausto and 8-year-old Timothy Vetter both died last Tuesday after being found days earlier in Bakersfield area pools while 2 year old Rhyleen Sanchez drowned Sunday evening in a backyard pool on Park Drive in east Bakersfield.
