The Kern County Sheriff’s Office has removed their missing child alert.4-year-old Andrea Pelayo was last seen around 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 14th playing just outside her family’s apartment on H Street in Wasco. She was wearing a purple shirt. Because of her age, the disappearance is considered high risk and anyone having seen her should call the Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110.
