There is finally a name to go along with the body of a woman found in the Mill Creek Canal on December 12th. The coroner announced Wednesday that it was 39-year-old Ebonie Deloney of Sacramento who was pulled from the canal at California and Q Streets in Bakersfield that morning. There still is no cause of death given.
