The race for a runoff spot against Hanford Congressman David Valadao this November is no closer to resolution.As of Monday night, the elections office showed Democrat Daniel Parra held a 323 vote lead over fellow Democrat Emilio Huerta with an undetermined number of ballots yet to be counted.
