The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in finding a missing woman. The woman disappeared after a visit to the Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore. Cecilia Cabrera left in her car just after midnight on June 9th and the vehicle was later recovered. There is no information about why she may be missing.
