Bakersfield police will be conducting a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint Saturday night.The cops aren’t saying where it will be. Police do say they choose checkpoint locations based on collision statistics and DUI arrests to maximize safety and effectiveness. Saturday night’s checkpoint is scheduled for 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM Sunday.
