A man is under arrest for selling more than just marijuana at a Bakersfield pot shop. Police served a warrant mid-morning Friday at the Diamond dispensary on Brundage Lane near H Street and arrested an unidentified man for selling marijuana and prescription pills. BPD followed the arrest with a statement that marijuana dispensaries are illegal and attract crime.
