Highway 184 was shut down for several hours at Edison Highway when a train plowed into a semi. The CHP said that the truck was crossing the tracks Monday morning, the crossing arm came down between the cab and trailer so the driver got out to see what had happened. That’s when the train struck but no one was hurt and no fuel was spilled from the semi.
