The ten-year-old girl killed in an accident on Highway 14 near Mojave has been identified at Damariz Villanueva. She was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from an SUV after a tire blew out and it rolled over Monday afternoon at Backus Road. The CHP hasn’t said if they expect charges against the driver for an unrestrained child.
