A measure to legalize marijuana in California has qualified for the November ballot. Secretary of State Alex Padilla announced Tuesday proponents of legal pot submitted more than the required 366 thousand valid signatures. If passed, those 21 and over could possess one ounce of marijuana and to grow up to six plants for personal use.
