Two men have been arrested on weapons charges after shots were fired in a residential area of south Bakersfield. 38-year-old Isaac Valladares and 39-year-old Sergio Mata were found around 5:00 PM Wednesday by police a couple blocks away on Ivy Trae Lane near Monitor Street. Several rifles and handguns were confiscated from the home.
