The Kern County and Bakersfield Fire departments are setting up Hotlines to report illegal fireworks this weekend. City Fire Captain Anthony Galagaza says their lines will be open Sunday and Monday from 7:00 PM until midnight, and hopes people who see illegal fireworks will protect their neighborhoods.
