Three people have been arrested after police located a butane honey oil lab.The arrests happened at a home on Wayne Drive in south Bakersfield as police were serving a warrant. Stephen Hawley, Larry Davis and Jessica Fleeman were picked up Monday for making the drug, otherwise known as hash oil, and Hawley also faces charges for selling meth and possessing illegal weapons.
