Arby’s restaurant on Rosedale Highway has been shut down by the health department again.This is the second closing for Arby’s in a matter of weeks. Inspectors responded to a complaint last Thursday and found multiple rodent droppings and a failure of basic food safety and sanitation. The store was closed June 16th for the same problem and could face having their permit revoked. Kern County Public Health met with regional officials from the chain Tuesday to see if the location can be saved.
