Bakersfield Heart Hospital is raising money for the American Heart Association.The fundraiser involves drive-through electronics recycling where donors don’t even need to get out of their cars. Saturday’s event runs from 9:00 AM until 1:00 and the hospital’s Laura Sabedra says your TV’s, computers, monitors, copiers and other electronic items will not only help a good cause, but stay out of our landfills. Alianza Recycling is paying per pound to donate to the Heart Association. The drive-through is in the parking lot on Sillect Avenue right behind Buck Owens Crystal Palace.
