Bakersfield Mayor Harvey Hall is to be honored by the chamber of commerce,It will happen as they host the State of the City forum. Tuesday’s luncheon event at the Convention Center provides chamber members a chance to recognize the mayor as he completes his final year in office. The chamber of commerce cites Mayor Hall’s efforts to promote Bakersfield and enhance the community.
