The man accused of a drunk driving accident that left a brother and a cousin was arraigned.The charges included two counts of vehicular manslaughter. 22-year-old Tony Bailey pleaded not guilty Tuesday afternoon in Friday’s accident on Alfred Harrell Highway. Family members outside the courthouse said Bailey was run off the road but the CHP has not indicated another car was involved.
