TWO CHARGES DROPPED FOR ACCUSED SHOOTER BROTHERS

A judge has acquitted two men on two attempted murder charges, but their legal troubles are not over yet. The court found there was not enough evidence to try James and Anthony Rios for shooting at a woman and her unborn child outside their east Bakersfield home; both survived the attack.

The Rios brothers and their co-defendant Anthony Sanchez still face attempted murder for allegedly shooting her husband that same night.
