It’s official, Emilio Huerta will face incumbent David Valadao in November.The final, FINAL numbers are in for the 21st Congressional District. State officials certified the June primary results Friday and the close race for second went to the son of activist Dolores Huerta who finished with 24 percent and 16,743 votes while Fowler Mayor Daniel Parra received 21 percent, 15,056 votes. Valadao lead both with 54 percent, but the top two finishers, regardless of party, are in the November runoff.
