One man is in jail and another is on the run after a high speed car chase across Bakersfield.

It started Thursday night at the Splash and Dash car wash on Auburn Street when officers responded to a break in. The driver of a black Mustang reportedly hit speeds in excess of 100 mph before the chase ended at the Vallarta Market on South H Street. One suspect was found hiding inside.
