FEDS CONVICT POT SHOP OWNER

A federal jury has convicted a former Bakersfield pot shop owner. 55-year-old Raymond Gentile was found guilty Friday in a Las Vegas federal court for running the now-closed ANP Collective on Baker Street. Agents seized pot plants, processed marijuana, firearms and more than $68 thousand in cash at the store. Testimony said store proceeds were from $25,000 to $30,000 per month.
