A murder suspect appeared in court on charges that he killed his wife.BPD says he dumped her body in the mountains near Ojai. The public defender was granted a one-week delay Monday for the arraignment of 44-year-old Gonzalo Garibay for last week’s death of his wife, Rosa. They asked the for the delay to see which public defender attorneys defended Garibay when he was cleared of spousal abuse charges two years ago.
