The man accused in a DUI crash that killed a Bakersfield motorcycle rider has pleaded no contest.The charge was lowered to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. 52-year-old Angel Gutierrez Jimenez took the plea Tuesday to avoid a second-degree murder trial for the death of 57-year-old Danny Cottengim for the crash in May of last year on Sunset Boulevard near Arvin.
